ITB Provides Convenience for Alumni Who Have Not Completed their Graduation Administration

ITB provides opportunities and facilities for all Alumni who have not had the chance to complete their education administration process related to BPP payments so that the diploma cannot be submitted.

 

ITB offers several alternative solutions, including:

  1. Alumni pay off arrears
  2. Alumni apply for BPP arrears repayment installments
  3. Alumni submitting arrears waivers are equipped with economic data from the applying Alumni, namely:
    • Salary slip / certificate of Alumni income if already working or a statement from parents if the Alumni is not yet working
    • Electricity bill for the residence of the Alumni, by uploading the PLN Mobile application display
    • NJOP of residence for Alumni or certificate of house rental contract
    • Alumni Family Card

Stages of the process of submitting alternative solutions:

  1. Please access the website page https://tiket.akademik.itb.ac.id
  2. Select Tunggakan UKT Alumni category
  3. Please upload the complete document, make sure the file does not exceed 4 MB but the quality can be seen properly
  4. Please wait for a reply to submission, it will be replied to the email address used
  5. Once approved, ITB will allow Alumni to take a diploma according to a predetermined date
