Dear Mr / Mrs Alumni,

On this occasion we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for the attention and support of Mr / Mrs / Brother and Alumni in participating together to advance beloved ITB. ITB is very aware of the importance of alumni for ITB, for that ITB has formed a separate Alumni Office which is specifically tasked with developing services to alumni, as well as developing better information systems to accommodate the enthusiasm of alumni to contribute to the nation with the alma mater ITB.

To support communication, between ITB and alumni and alumni with alumni, it is even more extensive to foster communication between ITB and Alumni to communicate with the general public, so we developed an Alumni website that is managed by the Alumni Office. For that we hope this website can be useful effectively in accordance with our common expectations.

We are aware that the great enthusiasm of ITB Alumni to participate in contributing to ITB’s alma mater and for the benefit of the nation in general needs to be nurtured and developed to create a culture of mutual assistance and mutual support between ITB and alumni, alumni and alumni and between ITB and Alumni and the wider community.

The Alumni Office is called to participate in exploring and facilitating this culture of mutual support by developing a more unbreakable service and supported by a good information system by developing an advanced website. The alumni website is expected to be a communication medium as well as a showcase for ITB’s work with alumni in advancing ITB and the wider general public. The rapid development of digital media requires us to continue to obtain information quickly and accurately. This website can be used as a communication medium for alumni who will hold activities and permit borrowing facilities on the ITB campus, besides that, it can also be used as an information media between alumni.
