As part of the celebration of the ITB76 Golden Anniversary, an inspirational seminar titled “AI IN ACTION – Creative, Productive, Innovative” was held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the IPTEKS Auditorium, East Campus Center, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Jl. Ganesha 10, Bandung.

The event, which took place from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB, served as a platform for inspiration and knowledge sharing on the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across various sectors of life.

The speakers at this seminar included:

• Indra Yudhistira – TV Broadcaster & Filmmaker, CEO of Amadeus Sinemagna
• Dr. Imelda Astri Rosalin – Musician & Architect
• Drs. Slamet Aji Pamungkas, M.Eng. – Deputy for Economic Cybersecurity & Crypto, BSSN
• Prof. Dr. Ing. Yul Yunazwin Nazaruddin – Professor, Faculty of Industrial Technology, ITB

The seminar was moderated by Ramalis Sobandi, Ph.D., who led the discussion in an engaging and in-depth manner.

Also in attendance was Dr.techn. Muhammad Zuhri Catur Candra, S.T., M.T., serving as the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs STEI ITB, who gave full support to the event as a form of synergy between academia, professionals, and the broader community.

In addition to being attended by academics and alumni, the seminar also attracted great enthusiasm from the younger generation, including the participation of students from SMK TI Garuda Nusantara. Their presence symbolized the importance of introducing cutting-edge technologies such as AI to students from an early age in order to prepare highly competent human resources for the future.

Through positive and constructive dialogue, the seminar emphasized the importance of welcoming the AI era by integrating human creativity, empathy, and critical thinking with data-driven insights and continuous learning, to shape a better future for Indonesia.

This event was part of the Road to ITB76 Golden Anniversary series, reflecting the contributions and commitment of the ITB Class of 1976 alumni to national progress through the use of technology and innovation.
