Alumni of the Tennis Unit at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) gathered on Friday afternoon in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The reunion served as a moment to reconnect and reminisce, while also celebrating the proud achievement of one of the alumni, Nugroho (EL ’94), President Director of Telkomsel, who received the CNBC Award 2025.

The gathering brought alumni back to memories of training sessions in the 1990s, when the ITB Tennis Unit courts were still located on a site that has since been transformed into what is now the CC Timur Field. Recollections of training, matches, and student life camaraderie were vividly revived during the meeting.

The spirit of sportsmanship and achievement remains strong among the alumni. Several continue to actively participate in tournaments and win titles, including Vivi Sofiana Marisca (IF ’92), a former Indonesian national junior tennis player who continues to excel in various competitions.
