Bandung, July 18, 2025 — Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), through its Directorate of Alumni and Career Development, held an online discussion with Technische Universität München (TUM) to strengthen strategies for alumni engagement and management at both institutions.

The discussion, conducted via Microsoft Teams, focused on four main topics:

1. Benchmarking alumni activities at TUM and evaluating their impact
2. Alumni data and information management systems at TUM
3. Funding sources for alumni activities and the benefits offered to alumni
4. Opportunities for collaborative alumni initiatives between ITB and TUM

During the session, ITB also introduced Ruang Kreasi Bersama Alumni (RuKA), a collaborative platform that actively involves alumni in the development of campus programs. The concept was well received by TUM and sparked interest in developing a similar initiative.

This discussion marks an important first step in strengthening the partnership between ITB and TUM, particularly in building a more adaptive, collaborative, and globally impactful alumni ecosystem.
