ITB Cirebon Campus celebrated the arrival of its new students through the annual Cirebon Festival (CIFEST), organized by the Executive Directorate of Multicampus (DEMK). Carrying the theme “Circus and Toons”, CIFEST 2025 brought a joyful and colorful atmosphere, reflecting the dynamic and collaborative spirit of campus life.

ITB Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., stated that the welcoming period is not merely ceremonial, but marks the beginning of an academic journey full of challenges and opportunities. He emphasized the importance of viewing the campus as a “new home that brings new hope”, a place where students can grow and develop holistically.

The event was attended by the Rector, Vice Rectors, Deans from all faculties/schools, as well as Prof. Dr. Sri Maryati, S.T., MIP., as the Executive Director of ITB Multicampus.

Adding further support to the event, the Director of Alumni and Career Development (DIRLUMNIER) was also present, accompanied by Dr. Ardiyan Harimawan, Head of the Sub-directorate of Career Development and Partnerships, demonstrating strong inter-directorate synergy in supporting student growth and development from the very beginning of their academic journey.

New students were introduced to the residential system, various Student Activity Units (UKM), and the wide range of self-development opportunities available at ITB Cirebon Campus.

The excitement of CIFEST 2025 was enhanced by UKM booths, student bazaars, interactive games, cheerleading competitions, and various activities that fostered a sense of togetherness. The entire series of events offered a meaningful experience for new students as they began their academic journey at ITB Cirebon with great enthusiasm and optimism.
