As part of the 40th Reunion of ITB Class of 1985, the Creativity Day for Teachers (CDfT) 2025 returns as a concrete contribution from ITB 85 alumni to the advancement of education in Indonesia.

Held at Aula Barat ITB, Bandung, this year’s CDfT workshop was part of the Festival Perpetua Creatio 85, successfully engaging more than 350 early childhood education (PAUD) teachers from various regions, including Bandung Regency, West Bandung Regency, Bandung City, Cimahi City, and representatives from regional HIMPAUDI boards.

Carrying the spirit of a legacy for the nation, CDfT is a teacher training program that has been running since 2010. To date, it has trained over 14,500 PAUD teachers across Indonesia. This year, coinciding with its 15th anniversary, CDfT aims to reach a symbolic milestone of 15,000 trained teachers, reaffirming its long-term commitment to improving the quality of early childhood education.

They shared insightful material and best practices in early childhood education, with the hope of enhancing teacher competencies and strengthening HIMPAUDI as a key institution at the forefront of early childhood education in Indonesia.

CDfT continues to grow thanks to the support of various partners, including Tri Megah Sekuritas, the Faculty of Education at UNJ, Wakaf Salman ITB, and will soon be further strengthened through the establishment of the CDfT 85 Foundation.

DIRLUMNIER was also present, showing strong support and facilitating the smooth implementation of the event — a clear sign of synergy in supporting human resource development from an early age.

Driven by a spirit of collaboration and dedication, ITB 85 alumni hope CDfT will serve as a sustainable legacy that delivers real, lasting impact for Indonesia’s future generations.
