TK95: Tracing the Ganesha Legacy, A Promise That Stands the Test of Time

August 1995 — a moment forever etched in our minds. Teenage feet, fresh out of high school, stepped into the gates of Ganesha from every corner of the archipelago. A bold banner greeted us with words we still remember:

“Welcome, the Nation’s Best Sons and Daughters.”

That was the beginning of a journey—of grappling with formulas and deadlines, navigating dorm and boarding house life, sharing laughs at the canteen, and having deep midnight talks that shaped not just our knowledge, but lifelong bonds. Bonds that have endured through time and distance.

Now, 30 years later, on August 9–10, 2025, those once-young dreamers reunite. The proud wearers of the yellow jackets return as alumni of Chemical Engineering class of ‘95, carrying stories written across the globe.

With the theme:

“Revisiting Memories, Appreciating the Past, Celebrating the Present, and Forging the Future,”
this is more than nostalgia. It’s a heartfelt journey to reflect, reconnect, and recommit—to friendship, to gratitude, and to giving back to the campus and the country that shaped us.

It’s about honoring where we came from, cherishing the friendships that never faded, and holding onto a silent promise we once made:

To look after one another, to give back, and to always stay connected.

TK95: amigos para siempre, friends are forever.

More than just a slogan—it’s a legacy of the heart that still burns bright.
