As a form of active participation of professional human resources in the metallurgical field, especially in terms of implementing the mandate of Law Number 3 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining and Law Number 3 of 2014 concerning Industry, which synergizes government, industry, academics, and all stakeholders in the realm of the metallurgical profession, it is necessary to have a forum in a professional organization in order to increase the contribution of metallurgy to the metal industry in a holistic manner for the progress of the nation and state and the welfare of society.

On the basis of these objectives, the Formation Team of the Indonesian Metallurgical Professional Association (APMI) will hold a virtual declaration of the formation of APMI on Saturday, 19 December 2020 at 09.00 WIB.
