In an effort to strengthen career development and job readiness for students and alumni, Shooters by Ruangguru held a strategic meeting with the Directorate of Alumni Relations and Career Development (DITLUMNIER) of ITB and the ITB Career Center.

The meeting discussed various opportunities for program collaboration, particularly in enhancing competencies, career readiness, and strengthening the talent development ecosystem for ITB students and alumni to better adapt to the dynamic demands of the workforce.

Representing DITLUMNIER, the meeting was attended by Prof. Ardiyan Harimawan, Head of the Subdirectorate for Cooperation and Career Development, and Kartika Ratnaningtyas, Head of the Section for Career Analysis and Development.

The discussion was constructive, focusing on potential synergies between ITB’s career development services and the innovative platforms and programs offered by Shooters by Ruangguru. The explored collaboration is expected to result in various initiatives, including skills training, career mentoring, and expanded access to career information and employment opportunities for students and alumni.
